Default coupe turbo oil filter

any one got a part number to hand - just been given a 9317 8952 by a spotty young kid on parts dept and could swore blind i was last given one thats bigger than the one i have

The correct part number is: 93156954 (VOF93) and its the same part thats fitted to the majority of the Vx range. Not sure how much the stealers charge - but here's where I get mine from £3.14 delivered!

Rich you have probably been sold the 'longlife' Mahle filter, I have used a few of these on my car, and one or two on Daveys bus. They work fine when you get them to seal, but you will find that they are hell of a tight on the thread, and will probably need to tighten them with a filter wrench, for all the hassle, they are not worth the bother, give me the good old VOF93 anyday.

At the end of the day, if you are anything like me, you will change the oil long before enough crap builds up to warrant using the longlife filter anyway

i told him i had a vof93 before and he said it wasnt correct to his pc - feckin dealers grrrr
