Default where is this ment to be?

the pipe am holding was tucked under my mount next to the turbo and OEM dv. is that not ment to be connected to the unit? as its sucking in air when running?!?!?!

just behind that plug in the pic there is a nipple that am sure that hose is ment to be connected to. could that be why am not getting sod all in pressure when dumping?

just thought tho. is that not the OE dv unit? even though is been blocked off should it not still have the pipe connected?
