help with actuator plz
hi there,how can you tell when the actuator is nackered.

Since I know the crack, I'll reply.
His GSI is having problems when coming onto boost, its "spluttering" abit and not running smooth. He's changed the AFM, Coil Pack and Spark Plugs.

has he changed the boost control valve ?
its only £20 from vauxhall and has been known to cause problems

spluttering sounds strange..... What do you mean by that? hesitation? or coming on boost and off again? It could be the sensor just after the IC.
