Can anybody tell me what parts come in a cam belt kit? the cost?

As far as I can gather they include the belt itself, tensioner and two idlers. This is what I believe is in the Astra G 1.6 that I have and indeed need. So presume its the same for most models. Give it a couple of hours and someone will confirm for sure. As for cost....I'd say between £40 and £100 depending on model variant and where its bought from. The kit for mine is £45 brand new manufactured by QH and delivered via eBay.

Cost, no idea! I wor for vxl but i never deal with prices. I bought a z16xe kit a few months back and it was around the 60 quid mark
