Iain-GSi's Garage
Default GSi Question.

Hi Guys,

I was driving along the carriageway this morning to my work when "check oil level" appeared on my trip computer. I was only 2mins away so carried on. Once I got to my work, I let the car sit for half an hour and checked the oil level, it was fine. Is there an oil level sensor on the Astra and if so where is it and does anyone know a cost roughly? Any help appreciated. Cheers.

think thats a sump off to change it. My GSi does this occasionally. Always got plenty in the sump, will get the message for a couple of days then not for months
