    Help Gearbox

    Hi everyone am currently removing my engine for a replacement am having trouble seperating the engine from gearbox ive undone all the nuts the timing engine mount is off and engine on a jack it seems to be spliting but just not coming a way? does this take some effort i dont wana force it too much becuase i might damage somethin i think its about six nuts that i have undone is there anymore hidden ones???

    make sure you have also removed starter motor bolts.
    iirc there 8 bolts in total. just mke sure 100% there are no other bolts holding it in, if it still wont come them give it a bit of persuasion with a prybar.
    i would have dropped engine box subframe in one, much easier.

    i got to the stage now ive droppped my replacement engine in and trying to connect to gearbox ive aligned it up pretty good and am tighten each bolt in turn to bring the engine and gearbox closer together as i tighting i can hear some clicking and pinging i take it is the center of the clutch it all seems very tight is this meant to be tight basically it dont like to slide together that good
