    Replacing Structure Wheels With Alloys

    Hi There,

My car came fitted with the 17" structure wheels and ive managed to get hold of the vauxhall 10 spoke alloy that is an optional extra on the car.

Does anyone know if I need anyhting else to be able to switch the wheels? I.e Do the existing wheel nuts from the old wheels fit the new ones?

Has anyone else done this swap?

Just watch that the sizes and offsets are the same, plus the PCD of the bolt holes matches up.

There are 2 different wheel sizes, which look pretty identical, but have a 10mm difference in the PCD of the bolt holes. Tyre sizes are different too.

    115mm on the 1.6T, 1.7 and 2.0 CDTI

    105mm on the rest.

I think the nuts/bolts will be the same.

    Cheers Jaffa,

I very nearly bought the wrong ones but luckily checked the Vauxhall website so I definitely have the correct wheels, it was just the bolts / nuts I was unsure about as it seems some manufacturers use different nuts for steel wheels and alloys. I think a set of wheel locking nuts and I'm good to go.

    Thanks again,
