    Z20LET rocker cover...

Im going to spray my rocker cover and was thinking is the xev rocker cover the same size as the let rocker cover because i can get hold of one for really cheap back home next weekend and take my time spraying it without my car being off the road.

Also i got sort of a blue pipe theme going on but dont really want to have a blue rocker cover aswell so what do you think might be a good colour to spray it that would go with blue??

Any ideas welcome to help make it abit more of a unique bay cheers...

    I thought of that.
    was told they are different.
Z20let has coil pack mounts... other doesn't.
    Think that was main difference.
    Will stand corrected though.

Just a thought has anybody had any troubles with the heat from the manifold making the paint peel? I sprayed the bar just above the manifold think its the water feed or one of them and its all peeled off from the heat.

Didnt want to get my rocker sprayed and have it start peeling off.

x20xev will fit - it has the same gasket for starters, as do all the other big blocks

you just wont be able to bolt down the c/p - but shouldnt be a problem, youll have to mod the HT lead holders too so the c/p can be fitted, then get an original XEV cover to slot over the c/p and ur done

Yes use the LET one unless you want to bodge it up lol and normal spray cans etc is fine with the heat from the manifold.
The truth is always the truth even if you haven't realised it yet...
