    Carbon wrap

    Laid down my first bit of carbon wrap yesterday wot u guys think

    Ta still got other strip on drivers side to do. Then roof and bonnet hopefully done by end of weekend

    i go told today by a proffesional vinyl wrapper that 3m have just said that they dont advise wrapping cars in there vinyls. iv had my 3m vinyl bonnet taken off twice now due to it coming unstuck and air bubbles rising in it.
    there is new stuff out called hexis which is much more durable and has a much glossier finish to it. im getting mine done in that free of charge next week by the vinyl place, 2 fiesta st's had just had the bonnets wrapped when i went up there and they looked soo smart

    Is it expensive to get the bonnet wrapped?

    i paid £190 for my bonnet to be wrapped in 3m di noc carbon vinyl

    but the new hexis stuff is even more expensive so would be around £250.

    Now u tell me. ! Well see how it goes I it does peel off I'll ask for money back as it's advertised to wrap exterior of car on the site I got it from !!
