    smoked side repeaters and MOT

    hi,just wonder if smoked side repeaters could fail mot?I bought some and have mot saturday and don't know that there is any point change them before,thanks

    As long as they flash Orange then no problem.

    I have them. no issues as long as they flash orange
    GSi....boosting a' ower yer honda CTR, Vtec this!

    Could you tell me how the side repeaters are removed, (without damaging paintwork), my ones have water in them even though the dealer said this was 'normal', what planet do dealers come from!

    driver side -slide repeater to the left then lift on right side with old credit card or something flat and it should pop out
    pasenger side slide to left and lift on the right side of repeater

    I change mine for my MOT. 2 second job, saves it failing if you get an arsey MOT tester.
    Astra sold ... replaced with a Skoda ... soon to be replaced with another Vauxhall

    hmm....they messsed up with my mot appointment and have to go monday now,will put them on after ,just in case
