Have checked fuses all are ok apart from 29. Changed relays and have double checked wiring.
I think it may have something to do with gearbox switch as I'm not sure if I have plugged in correct wire

Have you modified the reverse switch wiring at all? Maybe just unplug it and see if the fuse blows?

I know of two cases where this fuse was blowing because of the wiring to the hazard switch

No I haven't modified the wiring. What would I need to look at to check th wiring to the hazard switch?

    Thanks

Literally just remove the centre console and make sure the hazard wiring isn't rubbing on any metal

no reply due to no internet.....

have checked this wire and it is not touching anything. I have disconnected front and back lights hazard switch and stalks and it still blows.
I read on one of your previous comments to a similar problem where you said short the connection, which i did. this allowed the indicators to work with the wipers constantly being on. Also wire just burned out.
