    Yet another spark plug thread...

Ive been reading through countless posts about the right and wrong plugs to use one the z20let....

right so this is the story...

i picked the car up at the end of december drove it home and everything was good two days later, i changed the plugs and oil, since then its been hesitating at 2500/3000 rpm..... and boost seems to be surging.

ive thought and narrowed it down to plugs really the plugs i bought were vauxhall ones for the z20let i gapped them right aswell. but as ive said the cars not been right since i changed them...

the car itself is standard engine wise soooo.... recon i should change my plugs? and if so what should i change them too? and where should i get them from

anyone else had this and solved it with plugs?

    thanks y'all

in my vxr i used to have pfr 10 g on the plugs, then wen i changed them, they were pfr 6t .. the pfr 10g were a 1mm gap plugs and the 6t's were 0.6mm gap..

wen i changed to the pfr 6t my car didnt feel right either, it hesitated .. so i put my other plugs back in and it was fine agen..

but now i am stage 2 courtenay sport, they fitted irridums and its all spot on ..

the thing you got to think is, it was fine before you changed the plugs..

if i was you try irridums from courtenay sport ..
Arden Astra Vxr - Courtenay Sport Stage 2 - 284 bhp 337 torque - 3inch Scorpian Turbo Back - Dap R's - CDTI Converstion - Gloss Black TD Pro Race Alloys ..

Your dilema will be solved if you put the old plugs back in. If you didn't keep them - lesson for the future.
