    Post adjusting camber help please

I have recently bought a 2003 astra G mk4 which was slightly modified. it has sport suspension and i have now realised that the camber of the wheels are all wrong!! it is running on the inside of the tyres meaning less grip and the tyres rub down a lot quicker than usual.
Is there any way of adjusting this problem myself or would i be better off taking it to a garage to sort out?
any help would be much appreciated

You can buy camber gauges online - I got a Gunson one which works pretty well and got my camber within OEM specs. About £20 or so if I recall.
