    help with lmf total closure

just went to wire in my lmf module, there is 2 brown/black wires on the 24 pin connector and they both read 12v with the ignition on and only drop .4v with the multi meter on when you press the window down

but more importantly since i unplugged the connectors from the unit in drivers ide the central locking is not working??

tried fuse number 11 and its ok

    help????

I know with some astra's the total closure wire may not be the brown/black wire.
    Might be a red/orange wire.

The brown/black wire is between 2 brown/violet wires. To test it get some to lock the car and hold the key and the wire should go earth when the windows start to rise

just been out to try and found the wire, disconnected the wires again from the box and pushed them back i again, and remote locking working now - phew!!

why when you unplug the 24 pin connector does the alarm go off then u plug it bk in and remove again and it dont go off,

is there a better way to do it

same as above, OR open the windows and get a piece or wire (built i fuse) or a 12v tester and touch the bodywork to the wire, the windows should close if you get the right wire.
