    Ebay Advice??

    i bought an item from a seller on ebay last saturday which i recieved on tuesday upon finding it to be not working correctly i have sent a few a messages to them and only had one reply and in which time the seller has added another listing for the same item so they have been online since but still no replies any ideas as to what to do next ?

    go into the resolution center and open a case as not as described.

    Generally allow a day or two between emails, a lot of sellers dont log on dailly, if no response send a stronger worded one, avoid threats of action, if no response then raise a dispute in ebay, best case scenario you have to send it back at your expense via tracked means or if you can come to agreement with the seller you could negotiate a partial refund, e.g if an item was mostly ok but you could live with it.
    N.b. any opinitons expressed above should be ignored and considered 'ramblings', under no circumstances should they be relied upon...

    Did it say no returns accepted on the page? Some sellers put this as a get out excuse for selling crap.

    doesnt really matter about returns,
    it's a case of not as described because he says it isnt working.

    EDIT: as long as the original listing said the item worked ok.

    thanks guys was actually thinking of a chap at his door, oh and hes registered as a buisness seller if that makes any difference

    the item is op-com and wont read a thing once connected to my car so, cant really live with it lol

    resolution centre mate, open up a case not as described, you WILL get ur money back, dont matter if heput no returns or not
