    help.. new car

hey people. pretty new to this forum. and literally bought my 1.8 astra G sri a couple of days ago....

would like a few questions answered if possible.... here it goes

1.what size alloy wheels can the car take? i heard 18's are fine, but would it look totally ridiculous?

2.where can i get 4 snow flake gsi lookin alloys from (cant find them on ebay anywhere)

    3. is it worth putting a new induction kit on the car, or.... and air box conversion?

    4. (last but not least) looking for a new back box (would like a irmscher twin tip but they are dear) any other decent back boxes of the similar style that are out there (and are good for performance)

hope someone can help, i used to own a civic, and am bit of a jap lover, but thought i would take my hand at something a lil different..

1, 18's are fine, and wont look ridiculous at all
2, many sets being sold on AOC
3, cheap mods, but give a bit of a return
4, powerflow could probably do you a cat back for the same price as an double d backbox

plenty of us rollin' on 18's
some people even have 19's and one special car with 20" alloys.

Ideal tyres size would be 215/35/18 on a mk4 astra

Somebody complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine'.

cheers guys. starting to wonder if 18's are gunna b too big. looking at handling and all that stuff.... not really a guy who goes for literally just looks.

o another questions.. is it worth buying the irmscher back box (£250)..?

or would a 100quid back box be just as good?

irmy one is nothing special, not really any less restrictive than a standard backbox. For 250 you could be getting a full stainless catback system from the likes of cybox
