Loss of power during gear change and shuddering!!!

Hi all, my mk6 astra new shape will be 1 year old in 3 weeks and up until 2 days ago it's been running great, I have been experiencing this loss of power sensation whilst changing up through the gears and surging swell, it like when your ready to move off and start to accerate a surge happens just after you change gear and what else I've noticed is that whilst sitting idle, you can feel the vibration of the engine running, and at times it feels as if the engine is about to stall!!! it's been in the vauxhall garage due to being recalled for brake and clutch sensors being fitted! I also believe my car may have been one of the new cars off the production line..

    Please help

Before my re-map my 1.6T used to lose power if you floored it and then get a massive surge 3 seconds later, drove me nuts. Any gear, just depressing the accelerator and it would lose power, shudder and them burst into life. Generally with a wheel spin or two!

More problems, went out for dinner tonight 40min drive and parked up to return to the car and find the passenger side floor saturated in water... Does anyone know what this could be, it's odourless so I can only assume it's water

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring

Indeed, 1.6T had this issue and a re-map was neseccary to deal with it. That's why i asked the type of the engine.
