It's too painful to sit at my PC & the iPhone isn't the best thing to be using to research stuff in depth really.
Think I've pulled my hamstring. Felt it go pop while I was stretching & it's pretty bloody painful.
I'm not the type to be told I can't do something, be it by someone, or even my own body.
I'm layer out on the sofa with my leg up at the moment. From what researching I've done so far, I believe I have grade 2.
What exercises did you do to aid recovery? I'd suspect stretching, but maybe that's a bad idea at this point?
It'll be docs tomorrow I think to see if I can work on it (manual job). Is there links for such exercises? Websites to visit that you know of?
Always wondered what a pulled hamstring felt like when you see footballers always getting it. Wish I wasn't so curious!!!!
