    Hi Kik,

Welcome to the forum. Pretty bad luck mate. It looks, at the very least, like a replacement bottom half would be the most economical option to me. Depending on the car's age mileage etc, you could try a good local scrappy.

    Goodluck.

    Hi Kik,

I would not touch it. However, in the final analysis, it's up to you. The car seems to be worth spending some money on. Have you tried contacting scrappys in your area? Someone surely will have something worth serious consideration.

Given all the work you have done to date, you want to be as sure as you can be of some decent results with a replacement. Unless of course you are a glutton for punishment. Spend some time having a good look around. It would be time and money well spent.

    Goodluck.
