Bought this from TXAutosport, after looking at there site and watching the kit they was selling on ebay, they happened to bring a couple of kits along to the PVS, SO i managed to pick up a full Kit for £280 quid And bargined with them to throw in a free cotton K/N Air Filter

    Dont Ask, Dont Get

    Here is the Kit

Started Yesterday by removing the old one, first off was the bumper, followed by the headlights, I had to remove the brackets holding the Air con rad onto the intercooler, then remove all the boost pipes, the inlet and slam panel had to come off to allow for more room to get the intercooler out.

After a hour or so we had the intercooler out

Then using the brackets supplied refitted the air con rad back to the old intercooler brackets

    New V Old

Then had to remove the cross member as it had to be drilled to mount the new intercooler

Then fitted the pipe work to the new cooler

Refitted the slam panel back onand attached all the other inlet pipe work on and replaced engine cover

Removed the centre grill from the bumper as there is no rom for it, plus i like the look anyway

refitted headlights and bumper, job done.

It certainly pulls better then it did before, its just crying out for a exhaust and remap now =)

I then sprayed my Engine cover and sprayed my grill to also match my Mirrors.

Then it got dropped onto VXR springs, and fitted with my Fox RS 18" Alloys painted in Arden blue of course

And to finish it off it now has a blue "tongue" or bumper insert on the front.

I was also remapped the other night and runs alot better now, more power and more ecconomical

it will be being tweeked and put on a rolling road soon, so will post results once i have them.

I like it, Very quiet while driving, so no horrible drones, but when you boot it and turbo spools up it sounds mint =)
