Mine's slammed on the lowest settings. I've taken the adjuster out the rear, and it does go slightly lower. There are a couple of people on here that have done the same, but STILL want it lower (including me!).

jack the car up at the rear (both sides at once)
either undo the shocker or just pop the spring out, depends how tight it is in there. remove the adjuster ( pair of threaded bits) and put the spring back in.
ensure spring is seated properly and lower car back down.
never had a spring come un-seated and i wouldnt consider it unsafe or dangerous in any way at all.

ok then so just jack the car up say in the middle and unscrew the adjuster 2 the top untill it comes off and then just let the spring go back down onto the cup ? is it easy 2 do as in is there anything that could go drasticaly wrong lol ? as it always happens 2 me

just remove both parts of the adjuster totally.
or if you like as you said remove one part and see how it sits.
it will be easier to remove it totally then put one of the parts back in than fighting against the spring tension unscrewing it whilst its still on the car.
