    hiii, im buying a 1.6 astra bertone convertible on saturday, am i making the right decision are they good cars?!! ive just sold my type r n want somethink abit cheaper n fancied a convertible n i quite like the look of these!! opinions please?? thankssss xx

    tbh i was thinking of getting one to lol but in may as 21st bday preseant to my self lol

    Cant really fall off with an astra convertible, can be made to look like very nice cars, personally i would have went for the 1.8 as i think the 1.6 might be slightly underpowered with the extra weight of a cabby. Also you have bought at the right time, will be cheaper than buying in the summer

    Yeah i see what you mean about insurance but fuel economy isnt that much different between the 1.6 and 1.8, im actually thinking of seling my coupe turbo and buying a 1.8 cabby for the summer

    its probs not tht diff on the fuel to be fair ur right!! i pick it up on saturday, ive paid the deposit so aslong as all is good ill be joining all use with an astra .
