Rear Coupe arch scrape / Bent

Any idea's what i can do , its obviously from having the car lowered and maybe someone in the back and hitting a bump at abit of speed, the arch has gone over the wheel and bent it outwards also the paints peeling off now because of it.

Will get a pic in the next day or 2 any idea's what can be done to help? The other side seems to be fine for some reason.

Might of had some one rather large in one side and maybe not in the other ha.

there is a chance of cracking paint but if done properly with applying heat and using an arch roller can be done without the need to repaint

he's already mentioned the paint has started cracking.
plus mk4 rear arches are notorious for bubbling/rusting on that fold of the arch.
