    recirc and atmospheric dump valves

    which is best to have, or do you have both

    i know i have a collins external one but i think the oe one is active too, i really dont know

    is their any point uprating the recirc to a better one asell as having collins

    any info will help as i am quite unsure

    I run both forge recerc and forge dump valve, holds boost well and drives smooth. Dont run a one way as they run like crap and sometimes stall the engine.
    If you dont want to spend a fortune on an uprated recerc get a tx auto one they just the same.
    Keep the turbo spinning during gear changes

    So advice is defo run both with uprated recerc difference is awsome

    good to know. in you veiw whats a good dump valve to run alongside the recirc
    So Far ZLEH, M32, FMIC, Top Hat, CDTi box, Thermobolic intake gasket, De cat, alloy rad, GSi bumper, Coilovers not long off a map now lol

    a recirc valve with no atmospheric dv will make no noise, so if you want noise go for an atmos.

    an atmos with a recirc just halfs the boost in simple terms as some goes back through the turbo keeping it spinning (recirc job) and some goes to the air which is the atmos, most people say that with the forge recirc and an atmos dv is the best way to run, some say without

    just see how your car behaves with each set up and then use what you prefer...
