    Astra 1.9CDTi Loss of Power

    Hi

A friend of mine has an astra 1.9cdti which has developed a problem, so far only when cold, where it starts to judder in a 'fuel starvation' type of manner and then cuts out. Vauxhall had it in for a day and couldn't find anything wrong (assume they performed the usual full diagnostic tests).

The car will restart without any issues but may then fail again shortly afterwards.

No warning lights/codes on the dash.

Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any ideas what the fault could be? Injector/EGR/Cam Sensor?

Thanks in advance for any help

Thanks for the reply - if there was a glow plug issue wouldn't there be an engine management warning on the dash tho?
