    some help please..

I removed my dash recently to have it flocked and have put it all back together, but now have a problem with my brake lights. The problem i have is that i keep blowing the fuse no38 i believe it is, sometimes it will last a few days and other times i can change six on the trot (basically put one in touch brake pedal and blows) my question is for help.. could i have trapped a wire and bared it a little and it keeps earthing on something or could it be more serious than this? Any help would be really appreciated.

First thing to do is when the fuse is blowing unplug the rear lights and boot hatch connections, this could just be coincedence
