Removing sub/amp temporarily for boot space

Am hoping to have a sub and amp put in next weekend.

Question is, when I need to use the full space in the boot, as in when I take parents to the airport, I assume its ok just to unplug the sub and amp and take it out of the car and just leave wires in places ready to plug it back in?

Never having anything like this in my car, tis all new to me.

as long as you dont leave live wires dangling around shorting out
put a bit off tape round each off the wires and it will be fine
from how you said it im assuming that your getting someone to put it in
in this case probably a good idea to label them as well
if it ant broke, don't fix it.....mod it! MK4 flip keys £13.99

Well, Glacious will be installing it for me, with a little help from me of course. Labelling them sounds like a good idea though

thats what you want on the power side of ur amp, stops shorting out and allows quick removal!

just unplug that, and ur rca to the amp n out it should pop!

if its just the sub and box and not the amp just do what i do use pa connectors so speakon plug and socket kit
