    i dont actually understand what the point of the oil restrictor bolt is?? can it be used on a standard z20let turbo and how does it help cause i see some people saying they help the rubbish z20let turbo??? can someone help me understand but in striaght terms not albert einstein terms...cheers

    the pressure of the oil in the engine being pumped round is too much for the turbo and blows the seals, so the bolt lowers the pressure by slowing the oil so the turbo can handle the pressure

    and it should help an standard turbo on a standard engine as this will still be a problem
