Thumbs Up 1.6 design sporthatch so far

    Hi all,

Ive had the car now for two weeks and the mods have already started. firstly its a 1.6 sporthatch (bit boring i know but needed something a little more econical that my old scooby) generally i am very pleased with the car apart from the 4 stud hubs. started life 2 weeks ago like this.

now a few little mods later (private plate including) it looks like this:-

debadged most of the boot lid

    fitted coil overs

    and fitted wind deflectors

and a general all round clean and a srp (for now till I get more time to polish properly)

what does everyone think? any comments welcome!

not sure yet on debadging fully yet, probabily will do it soon.

    future plans are:-
    window tints all round
either colour coded or carbon v grill (not fully deciced yet)
either colour coded or carbon boot strip (also not fully deciced yet)
fk 4x100 to 5x100 (vw) 15mm wheel adaptors
and a set of 18" Audi RS8 replica alloys (like this guy)
    VXR rear spoiler
and possibly the rest of the vxr bodykit and exhaust (money permitting)

yeah it wasnt until after I picked it up I realised it only had 4-stud I though all sport hatches were 5 stud, ahh well hopefully the VW/Audi wheels with adaptors will look good enough.

yes mate they bolt straight on, and the wheels bolt to them.
they are designed for the polo and old skool golfs because they share the same 4x100 stud patern and the centre bore is very near as well, they also make a 4x100 to 5x130 porsche adaptor as well.

People with adaptors fitted have never reported any problems before, so hope theres no problems with it. The guy In the pic with wheels has had his adaptors on for over 2 years so far.
