    Mk5 ABS Problems

    Hi all

I,ve recently just bought an 08 Plate 1.7 design.

I've done just over 1600 miles since i bought it & sometimes the ABS light comes on and stays on, then when i stop the car turn off the ignition and turn on again it dissapears straight away.

Does anybody have any clues whats happening with it?

    Welcome mate

You'll probably find there's a wheel sensor on the car giving a false reading and throwing this light on. Lucky your car should be under warenty so vauxhall should be able to find out which one easy enough with Tech2
