    Weight loss Question

ok, I have lost 18lbs so far with weightwatchers and the people I work with have told me that I look fine and shouldnt lose anymore

    I am now 10st 7lbs, 5ft 7in and am *cough* 40 shortly.

Now should I be happy with that? I am within a healthy BMI but I have set myself a personal goal of 10st (this is at night, I currenty weigh 10st 4lbs am.)

The last thing I want to look like is someone who is ill.

My hubby is happy with how I am, should I look for the 10st I was when I was 18??

I would really appreciate some advise from anyone who is wise in these ways

i think as long as you can look at yourself in the nuddy and be happy then you will know the answer.
the problem you might get is "if i just loose a coupe lb more" you might get obsessive and make yourself ill.

    Sami, I'm 6ft and 10st 7lbs. Ok, I'm male.....but 10st 7lb at 5ft 7in is ok. Don't worry about what others think, it's how you think that matters.

yeah and you are getting on abit lol.
just be happy with the way you are and not be too hard on yourself.
and i assume your partner is happy with the way you are ?

Yes I am happy with the way she is. But it more important that she is happy with herself and the way she looks. As it is, I think she looks fine. But I'm biased being her husband... I want her to be happy and healthy above anything else.

If she was going too far, I would stop her.

surely weight watchers should tell you what a persons weight or bmi should be ?
the hardest part will be sustaining the weight she wants to be ?
but if you (andy) and Sami are happy then - well done and job done ??
