    2nd fag ligher advice

    i need to add a 2nd fag lighter socket behind my dash to power a 5" screen that ive fitted in the dash. Wats best way to do it and does anybody ave any diograms or advice on fitting it and bits , cable gauges n fuses i need.

    just splice it into your OE one and fit a 10a inline to the pos feed for a bit of protection

    this is basic auto electronics and done millions of times over so no real need for diagrams

    as always u appear to be looking too much into things IMO

    stop worryin so much and just get out there and do it

    just do it instead of fannying on looking for drawings lol theres a live and an eart to your cig lighter splice into them and add a 2nd to that then twist and tape... sorted! ive got about 6 cut ins to my cig wires looks like spaghetti junction ! oh and i havent fused my extra socket behind the centre console for my satnav ! however my boot power point is fused !
