change all gaskets and cam belt- water pump. thats what i would do first before anything else.

    Earth mod! search on here
braided hoses, yellow/red stuff pads drilled and grooved discs.
powerflex engine mounts and suspension bushes.
coilovers- check CV joints and boots arent under duress when you lower it (or youl be ordering new driveshafts after a while)
    oil filter and oil change
    new spark plugs

pretty much what jase said, get all the boring but necessary stuff done first, that way once youve got the power you dont have to worry about other things failing because theyr not up to scratch.
obv you will be needing a remap.
after reading numerous posts about mapping issues from various owners and if it was me personally i would go for red dot. although to be honest from what ive read and from my own personal experience with tuners its a game of luck tbh

top hats, diesel airboxes, bigger boost pipes are all not needed. mine and many other astra's i know of run 300bhp + with standard items fitted.

im running a tad over 300 on:

    turbo back milltek system 2.5"
    vxr turbo, injectors and afm
    jdm sport front mount intercooler
    regal eds remap
    courtenay clutch
    bailey dump valve
