    Question astra losing water ?????



    astra h losing water excessively i t happened a month ago so i took it 2 a garage and they said it was a hole in the radiaor so they put liquid into seal the hole so then that was alright and ive been checking regualrly to make sure its awryt but today i checked and it was empty so i topped it up and once drove it was empt again so could it be a nohter hole in the radiator ???

    i would bet £100 on it being the same hole get a new rad asap my mate had a hole used rad weld all was ok then it went again when he was travelling from nottingham to wales he got halfway before it blew....

    just bought radweld , and now im wondering and know im wondering where do you put it ??

    read the instructions on the bottle itll go in where you put the coolant probably

    whatever it says on the bottle sorry cant help any more, never used it.

    radweld is frowned upon. try cracking an egg in there first. Best bet is new radiator
    GSi....boosting a' ower yer honda CTR, Vtec this!

    radweld is no more frowned upon than cracking an egg

    both are frowned upon as they are only a temp fix as this chap has found out

    I was told by a mechanic that they hate the stuff But also heard that the egg works. By bad.

    But again best bet is to buy a new radiator
    GSi....boosting a' ower yer honda CTR, Vtec this!
