Best place to get wheels Redrilled

I managed to source some wheels cheap 17x8.5 but the problem is there 5x120 and I need them to be 4x100. Where's the best place to take them to be re drilled ?

Not so cheap when you start adding this type of thing on...

Is this even possible? Once you redrill them the gaps between the original and new bolt holes are going to seriously weaken the wheel are they not?

Well I've been doin alot of research on the net and apparently it's posible to weld the old holes and re drill the wheel? Just quoting what the VW guys have said and alot of BMW owners in the states have said

just get some wheels that fit.
re-drilling seems to be a pretty limited option.
im guessing they are BMW wheels? if so you could buy pcd adapters and might get away with it due the the difference in offset.
