Favour to be asked of anyone with a working rear window washer jet

I've spent much time pin adjusting, much WD40, and probably a good litre or more of costly screenwash trying to get the jet squirting in the right spot.

I can't get it squirting dead centre. I can get it squirting near the top of the rear window, or at the base (so it hits the wiper arm - i.e. not the window at all).
Or i can get it squirting elsewhere - such as the car behind me, but that's not THAT helpful to me.

I thought i had it sorted, but it just dawned on me tonight.....

.... where it hits on the window when you're stationary seemed to be irrelevant, because what looks like it'll do when your stationary is totally different to where it squirts when you're on the move, especially if there's a bit of a breeze.

    So question to all:

When you're stationary, where abouts on your rear window does the jet of water hit?

to make it easier to explain, i've taken the time to prepare an expert map

So you could say, 5th column, 4th row (NOTE: I'm discounting the incomplete squares/columns at the two ends as i know it wont be squirting there, but i will be counting the top & bottom incomplete squares as it may be squirting there for all i know).

EDIT: I know tonight probably isn't a good time to be asking as it'll be dark, but it's one for the daylight tomorrow.

I'm just P'd off wasting time & screenwash. This should be simple to do, but no amount of adjusting has worked as it squirts in a different spot when you're moving to when you're stationary.

As for wasting screenwash, refill with water then your just wasting water whilst your tinkering

lol cheers fellas. I know it's a stupid question & seems like something so easy to sort, but i can get it squirting in about 2 spots & that's it. Some times i've moved the jet from squirting at the top of the window to squirting at the car behind me & it feels like i barely moved the nozzle. It's irritating & fiddly more than anything else.

LoL i know that's got to be the wrong answer.

I had it hitting the top of the screen, yet when i squirt it as i'm driving it APPEARS to hit near the spoiler.

So my theory is, when stationary, it must have to hit they very very top of the screen, or even the roof.

Aye that's where mine USED to hit when on the move. Now it hits anywhere BUT the window.

Does it hit the exact same spot when stationary though?

I'm hoping the answer is no, because every time i try it, stationary & moving, the jet hits 2 totally different points.
