    whats the problem? not gas safe but i am a plumbing and heating engineer?

    had a engineer in today he fitted a brand new boiler was working then he messed with timer the boiler has lost power and the timer dead as a door nail

    sounds like the board has gone mate.

    has he commissioned it?
    he should have left you a green sheet with CD10 on it.

    you will have to ring the boiler engineer from the manufacturer i.e worcester/wormflow etc then they will want to see the commissioning report as it was only fitted today..

    they will send some one out as its a brand new boiler..

    its not really the guy who fitted its problem/fault (if indeed it is the board), he will tell you to ring the manufacturer...

    cheers he never left no paperwork or asked for any money good job id have swung for him my girl was really upset, its a worcester they are comming out next week

    Is it an integral worcester clock? It might not be the engineers fault i have had the odd couple of faulty boilers myself had one last week.

    As he checked fuse etc?

    What model worcester junior cdi etc?

    at a guess i would say a junior 24i

    we also had a board go on a brand new boiler about a month ago, that was a volkera (cheap is what it was indeed!!)

    Just a quick did he have spurs on his boots, can i ask when he fitted the boiler didnt you ask for any proof of commision or certificate????
