    vac box question

Right this will sound like the most obvious answer but bear with me on this one..

what way do the bloody thing go on car?

on the box it says top ^^^^

BUT my m8 at VX seems to have a diff view on this one.

Now most people would thing ^^ means top to engine bay BUT they seem to think it actually means its supposed to face the ground!

what way is it actually ment to be?

as before i done the stem seals my car ran fine, after doing them and refitting the vac box i had a pressure issue resulting in DV no running and blowing the turbo

Had my vac box off today so i could get to the starter... and the top is facing down to the right.... another way of telling is the top pipe outlet has the larger hole around it....

I did away with the vac box, maybe a suggestion.. Went out and bought a new one as mine snapped when i was replacing vac pipes, then had a problem with the rear bcs so i just bypassed it along with the vac box, nice difference as well in throtlle response

i disconnected the vac box and rbcs when i thought the vac box was ****ed.. unfortunately its imposs to tell if it helped due to the car being in a million bits right now...

Its there for a reason so i would prefer to have it reconnected.
