Screenwash that works when it's PROPER COLD!!! (ideas?)

    Searched but cudnae find.
Seen a few products on ebay that promise non-freezing down to -70 deg C (yes, minus seventy!!) - apparently it's German made...and only £3! Find it very hard to believe though.

But thought it's better to put it up for discussion on here..

Any products that actually squirt out the jets when it's -10 C, or colder, outside?

I found the stuff you get from the tyre pump things on Tesco forecourts do the job. Not too sure how low temps got to last time I filled with it, but when I would usually have problems with it freezing all was fine.

Now I have my own mix of 50/50 I am getting a frozen drivers side.

I bought the Tesco blue screenwash (I think it's one 'quality grade' up from the Value stuff) and it says on the label that it works neat down to -5 C.
That is true. It hasn't worked at all for me around -5 C, so they can't be done for false advertising
So I went and bought their pink screenwash that promises to work down to -9 C when neat.
    It's squirting out at -5 C so that's good....it costs £2 for 2.5 litres though.
I can't believe that the Value range is more effective than the 'normal' tesco range - that can't be right, surely?

I'm looking for some cheaper but more effective products - that don't involve vodka

    Keep squirting the ideas...

i did see a guy earlier (again at tesco) who opened his window whilst driving and started throwing what looked like pop down his window and turned the wipers on

had a little giggle at him :P

They don't sell proper winter screenwash in UK?
The screen wash i use is rated at -40c Has worked fine in -30 temperatures.

I suspect that those cheap -70c screen washes have methanol in them... i do not recommend!
