Any of you played the Irish lottery?

Supposedly a bigger chance of winning.

Down side is, it seems the minimum payment is 39EUR.

So i thought bugger it, i'll play once. 2 games & 4 draws.

I didn't bloody well know that the subscription auto renews!!

Just got another email saying my renewed subscription payment will be taken.

So for those of you who played, did you have any hassle cancelling? Are they generally ok?

considering ireland is practically bankrupt is it worth playing? Maybe they will pay you in potatoes?
Be an optimist - at least until they start moving animals in pairs to Cape Canaveral.

    Now that made me laugh.

In what way is the British Lotto not 'guaranteed'? Do you mean to be over 2 million Euros? Well I should hope it is at least that much, and more!, if you're paying about 30 times more than the British version just to play

The Irish lotto, so i kept getting told, you stand more of a chance of winning. I've also worked with & work with people who've won a fair bit on the irish lotto & they weren't regular players, so i thought for one time only, i'll have a bash & see how i do. I didn't win anything, but them's the chances you take.

I'm assuming you've never paid any/much attention to the British Lotto then if you don't know the answer to that.

You assume correctly. What is it I'm missing out on? If it was important enough to make the news then I probably saw it, but I play the lotto about twice a year.

If that's the case then i've been done, but you live & learn.

It was the top link which came out of google & i thought it was the main/official one, so i've been had big time then.

As i say, you live & learn. I just need to get the subscription cancelled.
