    not really possible

    you can spray it with some carb cleaner and hope for the best but thats about the best you can hope for

    same goes for other sensor related parts like MAP sensors and the likes

    It will be solvent based. After all, you are trying to clean said items from fuel/oil deposits etc.

    You can clean the MAF with carb cleaner, but make sure it is not right up close and don't initially spray the 'element', as it is sensitive and fragile. Start the spray and move the MAF into the spray pattern.

    I dont have any pics, but just remove your MAF and gently clean it with Carb cleaner then let it dry and re-assemble.
