    need help with front speakers.

just got some new vibe black air 5.25 for my mk4 astra to go in the front doors but insteed of double checking before clicking buy it now i have got the wrong size speakers .so what i want to no is,can i buy the adaptors for the mk4 astra that will allow me to fit them.or can i just make some mdf speaker rings and use them as i have heard they sound better anyway,as the plastic one can cause them to rattle over time.thanks for reading

You can make MDF speaker rings and I would advise this even if they were the correct size but I would reccomend sending them back, you should really fit the 6.5 speakers as they will sound a lot better.

I will never use plastic adapters again as they are pure crap.

not really fused about sending them back as i will just put them in the back and get some 17cm for the front.i snaped them up pretty fast as i got them quite cheap compared to what they retail for.pluse the 13cm and the 17cm havent really got that much diffarance between them so shouldunt be much in sound diffarance.
