    Legal fog light?

I am looking at getting the lights in this link. The question i have is about the fog light that isn't wired up. Will it fail an M.O.T with just one light wired up to work? Also looking for opinions of the lights.

I have also seen these lights too.......I know which ones i prefer but looking for your views.

I believe it would be a fail mate.
Fogs aren't a requirement, however if they are there they should be in working order as far as an MOT tester is concerned.

As for the lights in the links imo they both look aweful, you'd be better of smoking the standard lights mate. if i had to make a choice between the two it would be the second set

The Mk5 only has one rear fog light wired up anyway so can't see a problem. The lights in the 1st link are awful lights in 2nd link might look ok on a Black car

Simply disconect the other and you will be ok,

Or blank them both off, same difference

I like the black ones but for some reason really care about what people think. I don't want my car looking rubbish but I don't wan' it standard either.

    Rubbish

A rear fog light is a legal requirement whether it be one on the drivers side or one in each rear light
