    Question cam belt and oil pump issue...HELP

    hey guys...rebuilding my block and need some help!
    got a new cambelt kit and oil pump. on the oe oil pump there is a sandwich plate...does anyone know how to remove it?? need to put it on the new one so i can connect the oil lines up.

    also need to know about cambelt rollers...they dont seem to fit flush, almost like they need spacers...any ideas??

    for future reference, if anyonr buys a new oil pump, you need to take off the male adapter plug (water pump plyers) then this leaves a 12mm allen key open to undo the thread!

    once this is undone, slip on the OE gasket and tighten up onto the new one...easy when u know how eh......

    still strugglin wit cambelt tho guys... so any help would be appreciated.
