    Shell & the points-per-litres membership

They sent me out a V-Power card a good while ago now. I always try fuel up at Shell as my only 2 options are Shell & BP & i find the car just feels more sluggish after i go to BP

but i just thought (bit late i know) what can you spend your points on with Shell?

I know with Texaco (ours has shut down now) you could put them towards things - torches, car covers, just random cack that may come in handy.

With BP, you collect Nectar points & can get money off your shop etc.

What do you do with Shell points & how do you use them?

That is ALL the points get you? These bloody vouchers? You're joking aren't you?

I got some vouchers the other day. One was £6.00 off a fuel up, which was nice, but most were bonus points vouchers.

So i can't buy a nodding dog with my points? lol

Can you not use your points as money for fuel? E.G. 100 points will get you £1 off your fuel up?

If that's the case, i may be going to BP more often.

LoL i knew that one. I just wondered if it'd enable you to buy cheap but handy items like with Texaco.

How much do you need to fuel up to have these vouchers sent out then? I get them every so many months.

Some times i've made special trips to Shell just to fuel up, as they're about 4p/ltr cheaper than BP, but i'll not bother now i thinks. Nectar points will be more valuble to me.
