Does any one else have them??
For the last 2 week iv been waking up at about this time starving as in too hungry too sleep. Last night it ws super noodles with cheese and ham tonight its the rest off chicken stew with loadsa bread.
Im not overwieght and do train abit but its doing my head in just want to sleep!!
Do you think its somthing to do with training or i changed job recently?? any answers lads n ladys?
