    Iginition on?

Come on fellas, we've all sat in the car waiting for someone with the radio on, one click back from ignition no probs radio, cig lighter! Well not in my car!! I have to have ignition ON to listen to the radio & my battery don't like it especially now darker driving!! So any ideas where to look? I don't want the expense of new switch as financial circumstances not good at mo, so is there a fuse or somewhere i should check before digging in pocket. I have Haynes manual but can't make head nor tail out of wiring diagram, car is 94 Mk3 1.4 petrol hatch, can anone shed any light please!!

I should add I assume you have a aftermarket headunit? And yes it's rubbish. Once the phase 2 MK3 came out they sorted it with a accesory live
