yea i had them for a short while and the high speed valves are a bit crappy in them .

Maybe ok on a track but on road they were pretty toss if you ask me . sounded like they were bottoming out on a mild bump but it was just the valves locking out because they were shabba

my oppinion ................... get koni fsd good price and top quality , id compare them to some i have had that were 500 notes a corner

Looks like those are out the window then if they are that bad, any other coilovers u would recommend that are not super expensive?

is it just the drop you want ??
most coilovers are really for track use , damper adjust normally just seizes up on the roads as really once its set you leave it whereas on a track you may want to tune it to the track you are on .

i personally would go for a nice matched spring and damper combo , most brands dont do a coilover unit for the rear of an astra as they are separate .

Thanks alot for that, will prob just go for a good spring/damper set then as its just for roads really.

    Any recomendations for some combos?

    Cheers

I have FK's on mine, and would get them again on another car. Been on for 3 years now, maybe more with no problems. Although mine are more like the highsport version, not the super cheapo street ones.

You'll be frightened to see the state of one of my coilovers at the moment Dave........... I'll probably post pics at the weekend once it's been fixed
