Newbie needs Help with The stereo

Hi All.... Newbie here with a "03" Plate 2.2 Linea Rossa Cab...

Picked it up today and the guy had re installed the standard head Unit, but has not got the code... He thought it was in with all the History, but I have looked to no avail....

Anyone know the easiest way to get the code? Or find away around it???

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

    Pete

    Welcome Pete

If the stereo is the orgional one that came with the car then i'd say order the key code card from vauxhall as this will come with all the immobiliser and key numbers also. Otherwise you can get the stereo decoded from a repairer

I'd expect it to take a couple of days at vauxhall Pete although I took a Monaro headunit to vauxhall and the parts guy got a code over the phone but then it was someone I know. A shop may be turn it around within the day
