    glow plugs

    ive done the peddle test and got fault 380 which i been told something to do with glow plugs being warned down, is this right? ive also noticed in these cold mornings it not a quick start like in summer.

    im going to try and change these my self, so can anyone give me more information how to do this?

    Remove the big black engine cover.

    Then you can see them. They have a lead going to each one that just pulls off.

    Not sure what size socket you need though to undo them.

    do i need to put wd40 on to soak up and do they come staight out or can there be some issues. one out do i need to reem the hole. what torque shall i tighten them up to ?

    WD40 is just a water dispersant. But it will help.

    Just been outside and checked..........Its a long reach 9mm socket you need and when refitting (Not sure how tight) put some copper slip round the threads to help for next time.
